My 2018 Mantra as we close out the year.  The words I spoke at the end of every class I taught in 2018.  Reminding you to let go of fear and take chances, be kind to all in the process and always step into the power of simply being you.  There is no one like you and that is what makes us all special. 

See you on the mat for a class in 2019 and let’s set our intentions and mantra to carry us through the New Year!  Bye 2K18, it’s been real and it’s been fun. Here we come 2K19!
